Through calligraphy, Gongbi painting, and K-pop dance, children will hone their powers of observation, manual dexterity, and physical coordination, while unleashing their youthful energy. One of the sessions will be dedicated to arts and crafts, as well as the hands-on experience of preparing traditional cuisine.
1、Calligraphy: Familiarization with the "Four Treasures of the Study"; learning the correct pen-holding posture; practicing fundamental brushwork techniques (Seal Script / Clerical Script).
2、Gongbi Line Drawing: Practice the "central brushstroke" technique to outline floral motifs; then, apply color using Gongbi methods. Experience the art of clay-tablet painting, featuring an introduction to the murals of Dunhuang, followed by the reproduction of a selected section from the * Deer King* mural.
3、Street Dance & K-Pop: Fundamentals — Warm-up exercises, introduction to K-Pop culture, and learning basic body mechanics (Isolation). K-Pop Dance — Learning choreography excerpts from popular current girl groups and boy groups (Step-by-step breakdown 1). K-Pop Dance — Learning choreography excerpts (Step-by-step breakdown 2) and instruction on facial expressions/stage presence. K-Pop Dance — Practice on formation arrangement and hitting the musical beats.

PARKING:
Please park on the NORTH side of the building and enter up the ramp to the front office. It is the really colorful side of the building.
ATTIRE/SUPPLIES:
We will provide the supplies used during the camp. Please send your child with a water bottle and snack each day. We also recommend your child wear clothing that can handle the art-making process (messy activities).
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP:
You must check your child in and out each day from the front office. You will be sent a QR code before the start of camp to check your child in and out. You may share this code with any authorized adults.
Drop-Off STARTS at 12:45 am. Pick-Up ENDS at 4:15 pm. Please be prompt collecting your child.
FULL DAY STUDENTS:
IF you register your child for a morning and afternoon camp in the same week, your child may spend the 1 hour lunch break with staff. Please send a lunch that does not require refrigeration or a microwave.
REFUND POLICY:
We are only able to offer refunds up to 2 weeks before the start of the first class. We do not offer refunds or credits or make-up classes to students who miss class.
TRANSFER POLICY:
We may be able to transfer you to a different class depending on space availability.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
We find that students learn better in groups. If we feel the number of registrations is too low to promote a good learning environment, we may cancel the class. In the event we cancel a class, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:
Due to this being an AACA program, we are unable to offer Tuition Assistance.
MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT:
Due to this being an AACA program, we are unable to offer Multi-Class Discount.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Our classrooms are ADA accessible. Some courses may involve tasks or activities that may be difficult for individuals with limited strength, difficulty bending over, and sitting or standing for long periods of time. We are happy to work with students to find solutions to make their experience positive and doable. For example, wheel throwing takes arm strength and bending over the wheel. Students may work on hand-building projects instead of throwing. Please reach out to our office to discuss your needs.
