Through the practice of calligraphy, *Xiaoxieyi* (Small-scale Freehand) traditional Chinese painting, and Chinese martial arts, we cultivate children's concentration, perseverance, and appreciation for traditional aesthetics. One of the sessions is dedicated to handicrafts and the hands-on experience of preparing traditional cuisine.
1、Calligraphy: Familiarization with the "Four Treasures of the Study"; learning the correct pen-holding posture; and practicing fundamental brushwork techniques. Copying of Seal Script and Clerical Script.
2、*Xiaoxieyi* (Small-scale Freehand) traditional Chinese painting: Learn ink application and color mixing to paint *Xieyi* (freehand) style lotuses, fruits, and vegetables. Complete a fan-face or square-format artwork, adding a signature and seal impression.
3、martial arts (Kung Fu) : Training in fundamental skills, including martial arts etiquette and basic stances (such as the Bow Stance and Horse Stance).
Step-by-step instruction in *Five-Step Fist* (Wubuquan)—an introductory Chinese Kung Fu form.
Furthermore, depending on the students' proficiency and learning progress, the "Tuituozhang" (Push-and-Hold Palm)—an introductory gateway form of the Imperial Court martial art *Yin-style Baguazhang*—will be introduced to allow the children to experience martial arts content with a deeper traditional character.

ADA ACCESSIBILITY & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Our classrooms are ADA accessible. Some courses may involve tasks or activities that may be difficult for individuals with limited strength, difficulty bending over, and sitting or standing for long periods of time. We are happy to work with students to find solutions to make their experience positive and doable. For example, wheel throwing takes arm strength and bending over the wheel. Students may work on hand-building projects instead of throwing. Please reach out to our office to discuss your needs.
