In this studio course students will explore concepts and practices of digital art production using Procreate on the iPad. This course provides an in-depth study of traditional drawing and painting methods and how to apply those principles using the simulated tools in procreate. Students will experiment with creating digital art for a variety of applications used in the visual arts.
Topics include integration of design, color, and composition, exploring elements of line, shape, color, style, texture, image composition and the use of narratives in effective storytelling. Great for everyone from beginners to experienced artists looking to learn new approaches and techniques in digital illustration.
Cost: $299
Participants must be 12 years to 100 years old when the program starts.
