Tactile and 3-Dimensional Ceramic Art
The perfect opportunity for fun and experiential learning with stoneware clay. In this class, kids will learn to think spatially while creating with a 3-Dimensional medium. Traditional hand-building
techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab will be taught to aid in making a range of functional and sculptural projects. Projects vary from one 12-week session to the next allowing for students to return with their friends and build on their abilities while exploring new ideas.
A materials fee of $10 will be added on at checkout. This fee covers not just clay but glazes, firings, and more. Cost: $289, plus $10 materials fee
Participants must be 5 years to 12 years old when the program starts.
Registration starts on 01/26/2024 and ends on 06/24/2024.
