Calligraphy and Chinese painting are important parts of traditional Chinese art. They are also a way of presenting Chinese philosophy and cognition.
By studying calligraphy, you can learn about and experience the writing styles of different dynasties and fonts. Traditional Chinese painting is not merely about training a traditional painting skill. It's also a way to understand the relationship between humanity and nature and to experience traditional philosophy.
